- The procedure for obtaining work permits (work permit) in Kazakhstan is governed by the Rules of issuing permits for foreign labor force in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In order to work for foreign workers is necessary to issue a work permit (work permit) and a work visa to the Republic of Kazakhstan. - In accordance with the applicable Rules of issuing permits for foreign labor force in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the extension of the work permit is carried out not later than 20 working days before the expiry of the permit.
