PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:        
Ms. Bazarova having more than 7  years of practical experience as a lawyer specializes in dispute resolution and representation in courts and arbitrations.

Marzia is a specialist in criminal, civil and customs law. In particular, Ms. Bazarova is responsible for representation and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of clients in court, law enforcement agencies and other organizations, whose competence includes the resolution of disputes. Her functional duties include pretrial claims work as well as trial work at all stages of the civil process, legal assistance in the enforcement of judicial acts, legal analysis and generalization of the results of the claims, casework and solutions , the results of the enforcement proceedings, assistance identifying the case strategy, appeal of tax notices, actions (inactions) of government agencies and their employees.

During her professional activities, Ms. Bazarova has successfully participated in all stages of the criminal process, as well as representing the interests of individuals and legal entities in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in all instances of civil proceedings in various fields of law: debt collection, protection of the property rights, labor, land, banking, corporate, tax, inheritance, family, housing, and other disputes.

Also Marzia Bazarova participated in a number of committee meetings on improving of legal acts.
